The factor approximately ab paintings outs, as with all force coaching exercise, is they construct muscle. As you do your exercise, you are going to be constructing abs, nonetheless, given that your present weight (I have no idea your peak or BMI, so I can most effective anticipate that you are losing weight given that you could have a slight to prime frame fats percent) you will not be seeing any outcome. Those abs you are going to be running will nonetheless be protected by means of a layer of frame fats. To see a few well outcome, it is quality to combine your exercises. Lots of aerobic might be well, furthermore to abs (you'll paintings your abs daily... The muscle tissues regenerates speedily). Try very brisk running (you wish your center cost accelerated. An unrelated indicator of what number of energy you are burning is how a lot you sweat. If you are no longer running quick ample to sweat, it is traditionally a well signal that you are no longer running quick ample to make a change). Running is well, too, however the energy burned by means of quick running are approximately the equal as going for walks. Seriously. Running is well should you wish to tone your leg muscle tissues or construct staying power, however running is simply as well for weight reduction. If you are running on a treadmill check out surroundings it at a speed you'll do effortlessly, after which push it up 2 extra stages. You'll see extra outcome.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

I have an ab-roller and it's great! Crunches are really good too...try these:
1. make sure your back is flat on the ground, put your legs up with your knees bent do 20 normal crunches forward
2. with your knees bent into a v-shape on the ground facing the right do 20 crunches up and then do 20 facing the left
3. make sure your back is flat on the ground, put your legs straight in front of you on the ground, do 20 crunches up (it works your lower ab-muscles)
4. make sure your back is flat on the ground, put your legs up into the air in a v-shape, then bring yourself up with your hands and arms staright up together in between your legs and pulse up and down for 20
5. make sure your back is flat on the ground, put your legs up with your knees bent up in the air infront of your face, do 20 crunches forward
6. make sure your back is flat on the ground, put your legs up straight in the air and do 20 forward crunches.

the ab machines at most gyms are ok, but you can get a better work out using a 10 lb weight and a large ball to lay on while moving the weight over your head and pulling it back to center...give it a try.
