Do you prefer coffee, cappuccino, half and half or none?

Miss Lady, I shall tell you now...that a Starbucks black eye(Starbucks with 2 shots of espresso) will send you into hyper drive. I don't drink coffee. I drink Starbucks. I had to go on a mission out in St. Joseph Mo. Last march. I was leaving from the Leesburg Va. Fredrick MD. Territory. I stop ed into the Starbucks in Fredrick and got 1 medium "Black eye". Just one now, that's all. I got on I-70 west and I did not stop to rest until I reached Columbus Ohio. That was on 1 cup of Starbucks. Its the difference between going to the gas station and putting gas in your vehicle or going to the Shell station and putting Shell in your vehicle. Same difference with Starbucks. You have coffee and then...you have Starbucks.
I wish you well, and remember on those mornings when you don't have the kick you need and getting out of bed is hard to do. Starbucks will come through for you so you can do the do.

Coffee----do you realize the calories in the others esp all the concoctions by Starbucks. Just plain coffee is actually good or you-will help in not getting Alzheimers.

Cappuccino with a sprinkling of chocolate powder on top...is a treat I permit myself every so often...

For breakfast I usually have milky tea...british style.
