Naturally dark hair but most of the time it depends on the rest of the person. If she looks good as a blonde or a red head it doesn't make much of a difference.

It really doesn't matter to me because both dyed and natural hair color for a girl is okay

Men are visually oriented. Whether they know it or not, each color represents something different. White for purity, black for unknown/mystery, red for danger/fire, green for prosperity, blue for comfort, etc.
Your color should depend on the impression and reaction you want to make. Blonds are more successful at being seduced (appealing to the male desire to obtain their purity), brunettes are more successful at seducing (appealing the the desire for the seductive/mysterious), redheads appeal most to men looking for passion/risk, etc.
A blond in a black cocktail dress sends two messages... seduce and be seduced. A brunette in a white dress does the same. A red dress for either.... passion and risk.
So, color your hair for the response you want from the guys.

I tend to prefer black hair for girls. Strangely, black seems to have a certain purity to it as well (at least to me). But of course, the natural hair color is the best thing.
