How to sto phair breakage?

my hair breaks off because of perms,heat ,and lack of moisture.how to completely stop hair breakage and make my hair healthy again and tips to keep my hair healthy.

Keep it conditioned, lay off the heat, if you must use your blow dryer, use it on a low setting....give your hair a rest from perms....if you can't do anything with it, clamp it up with a stylish clamp.....keep trimming until the dry weak hair is grown out....and when your locks are lovely again, don't go back to your old routine, be kind to your hair and it will shine for you!

Perms aren't good for your hair. Cut your hair every 3 months so that you get healthier hair growing back. Use conditioner once a month. Take vitamin E and wash your hair in cold water. All of this works. You will see results in time. I used to lose my hair like you wouldn't believe. I take vitamin E everyday and wash my hair in cold water and also do all I said there. Try it. Use a good re constructor, try Redken and always use a good conditioner on your hair and do not brush it when it's wet

try to stay away from heat styling products and use a deep conditioner every couple of weeks. i use v05 hot oil and ion treatment pacs.
