It depends on two things:
1. How close the two are.
2. If the underwear is clean.

If she's that much of an airhead that she can't tell when to do a load of laundry because in 3 days she'll be out of clean panties, she's got bigger mental problems than asking her boyfriend to borrow some underwear.
