Did you know that splenda is made from chlorine? It is. The same chlorine used in swimming pools.

Chlorine is present naturally in many of the foods and beverages that we eat and drink every day ranging from lettuce, mushrooms and table salt.

Really? Well nothing shocks me anymore. I don't trust anything but sugar myself.
