if you like to be relaxed ...do yoga.....i do...its fun...but if you like to kick a** ..and have alot of energy....then do pilaties...

I love BOTH Yoga and Pilates.
I have a Total Gym, so I can use it like a reformer for Pilates, which makes it totally relaxing.
Yoga will relax you, Pilates gently stretches your muscles.
Either way, at least you are doing something.

They're both great and you can do either with little equipment (other than a mat.)
