There isn't one "most" romantic way. It depends on the guy. Walking up to him and kissing him is almost failsafe. Suttle affection is also a good way to go i.e. holding onto his arm, leaning your head against his shoulder. Of course that's always risky because so many girls casually flirt now that it's hard to tell if they are interested or just messing around. It's up to you... whatever feels right. But don't take too long, especially if you think or have heard that he's interested because he might feel like you just want to be friends and move on.
