Yes. You shouldn't try it for very long periods of time, because we don't digest it properly, but if you're actually starving, eat the grass.

I'm pretty sure thats a big no. Grass has few nutrients and is tough to digest (hence why cows have chambered stomachs to get all the nutrients out).
Berries and fruits are the best if foraging.
