what kind of pills??? anyways, your pupils can get bigger and smaller depending on your mood, happy, nervous, anxious, sad etc....

why dont you take a whole load of pills and see how small your pupils get, knob head. You firstly dont specify what sort of pills (there are at least 100's of 1000's of pills). I assume you mean recreational pills like ecstacy?
If you do stuff like that, you deserve every thing you get

Depending on what type of pills you take, they could make your pupils dialate (get larger), or conract (get smaller). Be careful of the pills you take.
