a harder time budgeting money while some ppl I know who get 1200 monthly have no problem.

Cause the people getting only 1200 a month HAVE to budget their money or go without food,etc, depending on their monthly expenses. People with as much money as $10,000 a month tend to go "hog wild" with their money without any thought to the consequences.

Maybe because people who have less money HAVE to budget in order to get everything they need, and people who have MORE money tend to spend as much as they earn. That's my guess.

i wish i knew the answer my husband makes very good money i'm a stay at home mom take care of the bills and there just isn't enough maybe i should stop managing the money lol

Well the obvious answer is the lower income people know how to manage their money better.
