my cat was 14 truning 15.she was a black and white short hair.she was always kinda a house cat but then started spending more time outside.then we find out she had been hanging with our friend who lived down the road and she said it was ok for her to hang around.she used to caome back every once in a while then for about a week after a vaction she never came back then 2 weeks later she did no one has seen he scince.is she ok dead or...?

often cats will run away when they know they are going to die, its like they are trying to spare you pain, or spare themselves the vet trip, this happened to me, its hard, but just remener the good times u had with her and let her go.

Your cats probably in kitty heaven, chasing mice on rollerskates..
here you go.. a cat goes to heaven and God says what can i do to make your stay more enjoyable? The cat says how about a nice comfy cat bed. > poof, it was done..
A group of mice came next . Again God says what can i do to make your stay more comfortable? The mice all agreed that having roller skates would make it easier for them to scurry around..
Later God checks in on the cat and asked how hes doing.. the cat said great!! I love the meals on wheels that you sent me.
Ok that was lame, but i thought it would soften the answer a bit.

well, she could have died or been hit by a car or something..SO many dangers for an outdoor cat...OR she could be hanging out with some other people in the neighborhood, or could someone else taken her in thinking she was a stray?

Pretty old for a cat....probably found a nice place to lay down for that BIG sleep...........the circle of life.....just my opinion..
