Here is what I do to make my pepper.

I dump about 1/2 cup of whole pepper corns into my blender and on medium speed I ground it into pepper to just the right texture.

There you go. No need to look for course ground pepper in any of those exotic stores.

I'm not sure about buying specifically ground pepper, but I know you can buy pepper mills and set the level of coarseness to what you want and then you just have to buy peppercorns.

I use my pepper grinder, but I would try a natural food store. Don't know what you have where you are, but I am referring to Wild Oats, etc.

You can get it at just about any grocery. Just make sure it says "coarse". Also, you want to get a gourmet brand and not the store brand.

I would suggest that you buy a pepper mill and grind your own.
That is what I do, works well for me.
