Good luck taming a feral cat. Reiki might make you feel better, but I don't think the cat will know the difference.

What do you need to do to the feral cat?
Reiki could help you tame it--cats like Reiki--but mostly taming a feral cat takes patience.
If the cat is too feral to handle, and it's wounded or ill, you could send it energy using the techniques learned in level 2, but it would serve the cat better if you called animal control to take care of it. You can give them money and request that the cat not be put down. Or if you can catch it, bring it to the vet.
I'm just guessing because your question is very vague.

most animals do not need and extra energy, just take care of the cats needs, advise for dealing with ferrel cats all over the web, and save the energy for the peopel.
