Here is a link to the Hotel. Small, but afordable. ANyone ever stay there? And how did you like it?

Its located in the Riverside hotel areas. Close to the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel...$22/night, massage facility, and traditional Thai dancing every night at their restaurant.
