I do not know of any cc which will allow you to process your child support payments through them. You may be able to find a high-money lender (meaning they charge a large interest rate) to give you an unsecured loan to cover the back payments...then you'd pay the loan back.

"ANY" debt, no, all credit card companies have limits on what
charges they will accept. Considering the high interest rates
cards charge it might not be your best move, you don't need any
more debt. Also, transferring your debt does not improve your
credit , your still in debt, its just in someone elses hands and will
still show up on your credit report.

you won't manage to pay off the cardboard you have, so you purchased yet another one!?????!!! end paying the minimum. you do not have an interest cost subject right here, you have. Spending/fee subject. under no circumstances cost greater advantageous than you may arise with the money for to pay IN finished while the bill arrives. end messing around and pay it off. handle greater artwork, cutout spending, and so on. Do despite it takes. you have probable paid for the products in this card 2 cases over now. i'm hoping it became no longer disposable products like gasoline, nutrition, or outfits. i won't manage to think of paying DOUBLE the present cost fo a tank of gasoline. you will desire to be rich in case you may arise with the money for to pay that lots interest on your purchases. decrease up that new card. the final element you elect is a 2d credit card!!!!!!

The only way would be to cash advance or write a check which is the same thing but the check will be proof as to where the money went.
