There are several good groups for gastric bypass people available at http://groups.yahoo.com/ The archives and members of these groups might be of great benefit to you as you recover.
Six weeks post surgery is not a long time. Recovery may take months. Talk to your Dr as to whether you need something for heartburn. Also, if you are taking vitamins buy the liquid formulas for the time being. Puritan Pride at http://www.puritan.com has a good selection of liquid vitamins at reasonable prices. I think you need to be more patient with your recovery and also check in with your Dr. good luck

Geee that's called a COMPLICATION!!!!! Why are you taking the time to ask a bunch of faceless strangers what to do...Duh! Go to the DOCTOR and stop asking a bunch of non-doctors for free medical advice and If I were your doctor I would say this much Stop taking the pills then they won't get stuck, If it hurts to eat soft food eat hard food...any more question OH yes that will be $100 for the consult I am not a Doctor, but I have played on on stage...ha ha ha

You're stomach is not going to hold food like it used to so now you're probably eating too much. The food has nowhere to go so it is being stored elsewhere while it's waiting for digestion. Basically, you're eating too much so your system is getting backed up. Just slow down a little (or a lot) on the eating and talk to your doctor. Good luck. =)

So, being pregnant is measured with the aid of the 1st day of your final era. for that reason, we've those 2 weeks the place we're not incredibly pregnant however the implantation/fertilization is going on in those 2 weeks, so technically this is roofed in being pregnant. So, in case you're gestationally at 6 weeks, the fetal progression is definitely at 4 weeks.

My friend had it two years ago and still has those problems. There is a support group in NY, do a search, you may find one too, but like the others have told you, go to the DR, don't wait till it's too late. Good luck and feel better :)

Your doctor should have let you know what would happen. My friend's Mom had gastric bypass and she almost died! They made her stomach too small.

call your doctor. If were not told that these may be symptoms you would have after the surgery I would suggest that you find out what is going on asap
