i just signed a contract for a steel peb. it is 60 ft by 140. it was 16 ft high and included about 50% warehouse space and 50% conditioned office space with associated plumbing, wiring and site work to include basic parking and aprons. total cost came in at $82 per square foot. bear in mind that I am in Gulfprot, MS and due to market demand, that was probably inflated 20-30%
