To "songof.....":
I just had to respond to your drivel....I haven't seen anything that idiotic in a long time.
You obviously are not Catholic, so don't purport to know what is being taught in the Catholic church.
Catholics don't follow Christ? Umm....excuse me, yes, they do.
The pope is simply the human leader of the church, much like a CEO, if you will. The church is extremely large, and as such, has a "chain of command", to keep things running smoothly. Unlike the hundreds of Protestant splinter groups, which are considerably smaller.
The "Ten Commandments" are the same for both Catholic and Protestant. And the Catholics changed the Bible? The King James version came after the Catholic version....so who changed it.
I haven't been a practicing Catholic for forty years, but I remember the years of religion class, I had to endure, very well.
The definition of a "heretic" is one who doesn't believe in Christ, or Christianity, ie Buddhists, Wiccans, etc. And I can say with certainty, that not once, with the various teachers, was there even a suggestion, that "heretics" should be killed. I don't care what your so-called "documents" tell you.
Ignorance and gullibility is not something you should be proud of.
As to the original question up top.....that doesn't even deserve a response.

Well now this looks like a job for the Jesuits! Alas their not around Yahoo so I'll have to defend the old faith myself I guess. As with most Roman Catholics I don't follow the faith at all. I have been educated in this fine religion and I still don't begin to understand it's intricacies nor do I blindly follow its tenants. Still I am in the fold whether I want to be or not and I can say with a degree of authority ( well not really, they took that away from me ) that we do not go to hell, we go to purgatory; it's sort of like staying at an Travel lodge instead of the Hilton if you know what I mean. As to being evil, well it's subjective isn't it. I don't think I'm evil, yet the church may find some of my behavior and statements to be questionable. As they have a better ability to judge folk than I would have to judge myself then I most certainly will acquiesce to whatever they decide in this regard. My fellow Roman Catholics views must be the same or similar. That's the beauty of being a Roman Catholic, it's so confusing none of us get it! I hope this helps, hey you should check out my new faith; Pieganism. It's the worship of delicious baked goods, it still provides the confusion that we thrive on but the foods way better! All the best, take care.

No, all RCs are not evil. They are just influenced by an evil church.
RCs are not hellbound because there is no eternally burning hell according to the Bible. That is fiction made up by their church.
Catholics call themselves Christians, but this offends other Christians because the very definition of Christian is one who follows Christ. Catholics do not follow Christ, they follow the pope. The Catholic church has stated that the pope supercedes Jesus Christ. To Christians, this is wrong. But once again, this is something they are told to do by their church.
The Catholic church also changed the Bible (for example the Ten Commandments). Then they stated that the Bible is a dead book. Christians feel like this is wrong. Catholics didn't do this though, their church did.
The Catholic church defines a heretic as anyone who does not believe as they do. Then they state that all heretics should be killed. (This is just recently too, so don't give me the "that was in the past" excuse ya'll). Christian "heretics" take offense at this. However, I don't believe that most Catholics believe this. Their church states this.
I can provide anyone who is interested with documents from the Catholic church stating these things and many more amazing things. Just contact me.

http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=21889 I can not see where you would come up with the idea that all Roman Catholics are evil. These are the types of things that divide Christianity instead of unity. My father-in-law was Roman Catholic and definitely one of the most gentle of people I knew. He lived his entire life believing if you did good for others they would not hurt you. That is not evil. He lived 88 years with this philosophy and no one hurt him At the last hour he did give his life completely to Jesus. It states in the Bible Leave them alone if they are not against me they are for me. Stated by Jesus to His apostles. As for being hell-bound it was never given me to judge others. Judge not or be judged accordingly. These are the words I live by. I judge no one so the judgment of others does not lie on my shoulders if I am not right. Personally I don't think so. They follow the order of Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Jesus said, Whosoever will let them come. He did not name a religion, but my parting statement is this We are not of the Jewish lineage, therefore we are the heathen that was described in Psalms. We are the inheritance of Jesus and this does include every denomination.

The "Roman Catholics" for a long time have had a secret agenda. What this secret agenda is, I do not know, but I do know that it will change the face of religion as we know it. This makes other Christan religions very suspicious.
answer #1) No, they are not all evil.
answer #2) No, they will not be tourtered for eternity.

No and no. Whether or not you spend eternity with God in heaven or eternity outside the presence of God in hell has nothing to do with how you label yourself or with what church you are affiliated. It has to do with how you respond to Jesus Christ and the gift of Salvation through His blood sacrifice.
