I'm trying to gain some weight, lean muscle only. I'm already doing the protein shake thing and I'm looking into creatine. Has anyone had success with it? Do you just use the GNC brand?

Before you take creatine look into the side affects. My son's swim coach had wanted the team to take it, our doctor said "no" emphatically.

To gain muscle try running, biking and weight lifting.

My friends' doctor suggested he drink Carnation Instant Breakfast to gain weight.

Well, I gained about 50 lbs this year getting drunk every night & eating like a pig, so I can guarantee that works....

Did you try to eat high carb food?
