Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is lye. Injecting that into yourself is asking for major trouble. It reacts with fats by turning them into soap. It would give you terrible burns, possibly even kill you. A solution weak enough not to burn would be so weak it couldn't do anything. Don't even think about it - throw the kit away. If you want to have liposuction done, go to a real doctor.
