No you aren't even close to being ugly. Do you think that you're ugly? Is that the reason you're asking? Well you shouldn't. You are a child of God and all of us are beautiful. Although you are not ugly on the outside but if you have a bad attitude and don't love yourself, you can make yourself into an ugly person. God bless you and take care.

Physically, if this is your picture, no, you're not ugly. But physical appearance can be easily become ugly if you have an ugly personality and since I don't know you, I can't tell you if you're ugly or not.
