I made virgin margarita's for a senior citizen cinco de mayo dance this year and we CERTAINLY weren't about to liquor up a bunch of horny old people and let them loose on the dance floor. We just used ice, sprite, and margarita mix. I don't remember the proportions, but you can mix and match.

Same way you make margaritas, only leave out the alcohol. If you know what's in them, besides alcohol, then it's easy. Instead of tequilla and liquer, you could use club soda and pineapple juice. Or pine apple juice and coconut milk.

virgin anything is essentially a slushie/squishy/slurpee. putting anything alocholic in it defeats the virginity of it.
