Most wars are caused by a president not be able to control his own country, but i am not saying controling like making ppl do everything is says, but in a manner in which he knows exactly what is happening in his country..CAN IT BE STOPPED AND HOW WOULD U DO IT IF YOU WERE THE PRESIDENT??

Let me get this right. Are you asking: If you were the president of a third world country which is involved in a war, would you stop that war and if so how?
What kind of stupid question is this?. If you are the president then it follows the war was started with your knowledge and consent.
It is hard but not impossible to stop a war if every party agrees to it. The consequences however are not good.
