no asked me out cause i'm 2 feet taller then all of them.(maybe not that much) I am entering the 8th grade and am 5.6. I f any one knows when the boys will catch up to me that would be great

ok, i am going to the ninth grade now and when it was the beginning of the year in 8th grade i was taller than all the guys, trust me as the year goes by in the 8thgrade all the guys are going to hit a growth spurt! and some are going to be really taller than you! and then they will notice you on how pretty you are than how tall you are cause idk guys have this thing if the girl is taller than you well they dont want to go out with someone that is taller than them but idk just wait a lil longer and they will grow!

8th grade is too young. Concentrate on your studies. The boys will be there in high school. 5'6" is not that tall. Unless you live with the pygmies there has GOT to be boys as tall as you, but in the 8th grade, they are mostly idiots.
Don't be in such a hurry.

They should be catching up to you soon. In fact as soon as you hit high school you will find your height an advantage in that the older guys will be attracted to you so you won't have to wait so long on the boys your age to catch up.

dont worry when i was in 8th grade i was 5'6 to but dont wry they will catch up 2 u. this is the stage were there going thru there puberty so dont worry they probably gonna end up being taller then u. =) but u sound pretty who doesnt want to go out with u...lol

Don't worry sweetheart. Boys will be catching up to you and surpassing you in the next year or so. They will have a growth spurt and be tall. You should be proud of your height, being tall is great!

If u r just waiting to get laid for which you are too young then there are other things u can do.Otherwise wait as men often gain hight later than girls

hell they ought be with you in height already, i was 5'11 arid 8th & 6'2 by 9th ;o) ok that was just me and a few friends! around 12th grade all guys will be between 5'8 & 5'10 avg height for guys
