A healthy way is to basically go vegetarian and only eat fruits and veggies and eat healthy organic carbs (thas if money allows). also do alot of cardio exercises every other day. WARNING IF U DO GO VEGETARIAN for more than a month eating meat again will not be good for u and WILL MAKE U SICK.

Not eating at all will just make your body hold on to the weight you do have and bring out the extra fat your body has stored, causing you to look bigger. Umm...eat portions the size of your hand, at first your stomach won't be used to it if you don't already eat serving sizes, but soon you won't need to eat as much to feel full and you'll lose weight, add this to walking. jogging, or running around the block at least once a week, because those work your abs, thighs, and calfs so you'll lose weight. Get rid of all the junk food and try fruits and vegetables, maybe even go on an all organic food diet, but even organic chips and sodas are not very good for you. Hope I helped! Good Luck!
