i mean is it illegal??? like i know having sex with a 15 year old girl and a 18 year old girl is illegal if the boy isn't in high school but what about an 18 year old graduating highschool and a 17 year old junior going to be a senior i mean yeah one year wait if needed but still need to know ^_^ if you answer my question right i will give you the 10 points

Ok first off its not illegal if you are both in High school so nobody got it right, second its not about me it was a general question so screw who ever said it was about me if you was the least bit smart you would note it says 17 on my profile have fun with that but somebody will get the 10 points

If you two are married, there is no illegal activity. In so far as you being smart , I hope you are. I Know many young couples who I would have loved to have the opportunity to tell this same thing. Wait until you are married to exert your sexual desires-- in keeping with this advice , the both of you will have a more loving relationship and lasting one also.

yes it is illegal. even if the boy was 17 and the girl was 18. you can go to jail but who is going to find out and put you in jail. i know a girl who is 15 going out with a 18 year old. if your parents arent worried and if they are would they really send you to jail. and if yes sont tell them. i think you should be to worried if you just turned 18 either.

Yes, its called statutory rape. while both partners are willing and consenting, in the eyes of the government, your female friend is technically a minor and not able to make that decision. Just wait it out, have fun together, no need to rush things.

why don't you do it and see what happens. if she decides you were bad in bed or just plain doesn't like you afterwards she might turn you in to the police & you'll get your answer. while you're at it, stop by your local planned parenthood office so they can tell you all the benefits of unmarried sex. what a guy - i can't stand people like you.
