Remember you are not the problem. You are the victim. Don't sit around worrying about what you can do to stop the fighting. There is nothing to be accomplished by this stitch. What needs done is to concentrate on specifics, what time do they fight, how long do they fight, who usually wins, what do they normally fight about. Talk to them separately and see if you can discuss the issues in a sane way. Let them know how the fighting makes you feel.

You could remove yourself from the room when they fight, you can also pray to the Lord, about your parents. He does answer
prayers. If you believe in him.

Honestly there isn't a lot you can do. About all you can do is talk to them each individually and let them know that you care and love them and hate seeing them fight.

You should tell your parents that them fighting bothers you and let them know how it makes you feel. Even if it doesn't work, then at least they know how you feel.

Have you tried writing a letter addressed individually to the two of them? Sometimes stating your grievances will let others know where your heart is at.
