Neck guard its a neck sprain.Simple technique but it work.Place your palm in the front of your forehead push your head slowly while you push your hand against the force it should be a balance force ,hold it for a minute.Then again repeat in both sides of your head just above the ears,lastly at the back of your head do the same slowly.you will be amaze with this technique.From my grandma.

you should go see a chiropractor they will help you feel better sorry about your neck pain I've been through trust me.
