My boyfriend gets out of prison in 9 months, should I take him back?

That depends on a few things:
1) Why was he locked up to begin with?
2) Do you believe he was guilty of the crime for which he is currently incarcerated (REGARDLESS of his claims of innocence)?
3) Does he have a history of being locked up?
4) Does he have a history of behavior related to why he was locked up?
5) Is he a hibitual drug user/addict and/or chronic alcoholic?
6) Is he violent?
Be honest with yourself. Are these questions I am asking make you feel uncomfortable? Are any of your answers yes to questions 3) through 6)? If you are uncomfortable and/or you can answer yes to questions 3) through 6), then it is probably a good idea to get on with your life without him.

it really depends on what he was sent to jail for. but if u truly love him, hes a good guy and just made a big mistake, u should follow your instincts. but i dont think its ever a good idea to date a guy thats gettin out of jail, just for your own safety. but only u know whats right for YOU.

Unless he is wrongly prosecuted, no one who served time in prison is worth your time.

don't do it just because you are lonly or horny.
Why was he in prison? If you were the victim of his crime then stay away from him. Also, stay away from him if his crime invoved any type of violence.
Otherwise, if you really love him then you should be with him.

Not unless he cleans up his act. You don't need that in your life and eventually, your going to get involved and it'll be on your record.

WELL IT DEPENDS HOW LONG HAS HE ALREADY BEEN LOCKED UP?? I SAY YES.. BECAUSE MY FIANCE HAS BEEN LOCKED UP FOR 8 YRS.. AND WERE STILL TOGETHER.. NO THERE ARE NO CHILDREN INVOLVED!!
