Yes if you know what you're doing.

No, this answer should NOT vary. Sex relieves stress, and if it doesn't, then you're not doing it right. A happy couple who has good sex 2 or 3 times per week (or hopefully more) fights WAY less often, and when they DO fight, they make up much faster! Mainly because make-up sex is the best sex in the world.

But don't be in any rush. If you haven't had sex yet (and I'm assuming that you haven't or you wouldn't be asking this), take your time, pick the right person, and make sure it's what you really want to do.

Body and Mind-Sex and Stress
A study showed that sex but more preferably intercourse is much more effective in combating stress then other sexual activity such as masturbation. It is thought when a couple makes love the neurotransmitter oxytocin released relaxes the body and decreases blood pressure hence also preventing stress.

Yes it is, by all means... Orgasm and ejaculation help relieve tensions, as many emotional insecurities and worries are usually always overpowered by sexual and intimate thoughts, which in turn is very healthy...As advice, masturbation is a better alternative as you cannot catch any STD's from doing so, unless of course your partner is someone you know well and trust, and would know if they are infected
