This may me tmi, heck it is. But the other day was the first time I had ever been denied oral sex EVER. Which was utterly disappointing. I mean some guys say they don't do it in public, but they do it behind close doors (I don't blame them). Anyway to all "no-givers", oral sex is a great prerequisite to sex and if it's denied maybe sex should be also.

It seems to me that oral sex, or really any sexual act is and should be entirely dependant on if the participant WANTS to do it. I mean myself I love getting and giving oral sex however, if my partner isn't into giving it I don't want it. (maybe that is just me i never want sex to be a burden... ever)
And if you need or feel you need oral sex to be ready for sex (which is not what you indicate above) then you need to talk to your partner and be open and honest about it, there is no pre-requisite to sex except that both partners be arouse to avoid pain, that is all anything else any other proviso's you tack on is just selfish.
Maybe your guy has reasons for denying you this act, has he ever been with you before or is this the first time you were together? If he has done it for you before then maybe he just wasn't in the mood, and if he has just been with you for the first time then maybe he has to ease into that activity, either way you should talk to him.
And denying sex because you don't get oral... is selfish - i'm sorry it just is, because it isn't like you don't get anything from it (and if you don't then that is the problem you and your partner need to focus on becuase that would be totaly unacceptable in my book)
