Most anything on the grill ( charcoal, not gas ) but my absolute favorite is grilled salmon. Very quick & tasty. Take a nice piece of salmon, rinse & marinate in most anything ( Italian dressing works wonders in a pinch)Spray a good size piece of foil with pam & place skin side down. Fold over the edges to make a tray & add a clove or two of minced garlic. Grill til fish flakes then serve with a fresh salad & homemade garlic bread. Yum!!

Chinese! I mean I really like Vietnamese, Peruvian, Real Mexican, Puerto Rican, Italian, Hindi and French, but my hands down fav is Chinese....

I love chinese restaurants. My fave is chicken and sweetcorn soup, and chicken curry with egg fried rice!!!
And italian, pizzas, spaghetti bolognaise, lasagna, etc...
