Cheese and crackers (even with a little ham)

Yogurt

Pretzels

Cottage cheese and fruit

I make a killer cheese spread that is good, and can be healthy

2 8oz bricks of nonfat cream cheese (softened)
1 6oz package of lean honey ham (like healthy choice)
1 bunch of green onions
2 tsp Accent seasoning

After the cream cheese is softened, chop the ham and green onions (you don't have to use the whole bunch, just as much as you like). Mix them into the cream cheese. Mix in the Accent. Put in a tightly sealed bowl and refrigerate over night. Spread on crackers. Yum!
