For about a week now... I have had bad dreams all night, therefor not slept well. I have had no appitite, and when I do eat I feel sick right away. Whenever I wake up in the morning I feel terrible and have a really bad taste in my mouth, which I have never had before.
I usually eat all the time, and sleep really well through the night.

What is wrong with me??

I want to sleep well and eat without feeling like I shouldn't have.

I'm not on any medication, except birth control, so I don't think it has to do with meds.

I have been on the BC for well over a year, and have not had any problems... I really don't think it has to do with that.

Is there something going on in your life that could be troubling you. Many times, after the day is done and the daily distractions gone, we get ready for bed, lay down and the nagging thoughts begin...things that are bugging us or worrying us. That might be the case for why you are not sleeping well. Additionally, when we don't sleep well or even in the sub-conscious, when we are worried, it can effect our eating patterns.

The other thing is you may have some sort of stomach virus....maybe go to the doctor for a check up if this continues.

How long have you been on the pill? Our bodies changes from year to year. Check the amount of water you are drinking and try not to drank caffeine products. Your bad dreams could be from something that is coming up or sometimes what you fear the most is or will happen to someone you love. List the number of stresses you are having now. Even the smallest ones. Have you moved lately? Divorced or lost someone you loved or Lost a job? Situational anxiety is painful! I have that. Keep me up to date
on how you are feeling. Tonight try taking a bubble bath and just let the problems of today be there for you tomorrow. Also if you can try a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk and just read a book.

Maybe something in your life is making you anxious and causing stress which will cause you to not sleep well or to be able to eat because your stomach is tense.
