She's a kid. She needs to find herself on her own.
As long as she's not putting herself or anyone else in serious danger, keep an eye on her, and try to steer her in the right direction, but don't push. That will just make her rebel. And if you rat her out, she might push you away, and then you won't know anything that's going on with her.
If you're 9 years older than her, I think you can keep a pretty good eye on her.

Well, it depends on what she is doing. If it something she is doing illegal or that could hurt her.....probably. But if she is just trying little typical teenager stuff here and there, just be her friend and lead by example. If you rat on her, she is going to have a hard time trusting you again and you want to be around to help for the BIG stuff! Thats what brothers and sisters are for.

If she's a teenager and you're 9 years older than her, I imagine you're in a position to

(a) Turn the caps lock off and learn grammar and
(b) Keep an eye on her yourself. You're old enough to be a parent (>22?)

If it is something that will hurt either her or some one else, your parent or another trusted adult needs to be informed. If possible give as few details as possible to get the point across to them, you don't want her to feel as though you betrayed her trust.

Good luck.

If it has anything to do with drinking or drugs I would tell my parents. If it's about sex I would have the talk with her. I it's anything that would put her in danger at all I would tell my parents. She might be pissed with you initially but later hopefully she will see that it was for her own well being.

If it is dangerous or is going to ruin her life u tell your parents right away. U should tell her that if she does not stop u will have to go to your parents.

If you tell on her, she will not come to you anymore. I would think you should just try to talk to her unless it is something that can really hurt her or someone else.

Only tell your parents if you think she'll get hurt or hurt someone else if she continues with whatever she's doing.

if she is endangering her life in any way, then tell an adult who can better handle the problem. it's not ratting her out, it's loving her.... sometimes we need help to save us from ourselves
