I used an eating plan called "The Flat Flush Plan" and dropped
17 lbs. in two weeks.

First cut out all white starches no rice, potatoes, pasta or bread( you do get carbs in other veggies ) but white ones are the worst.. Go to the book store and get the book, its a very healthy eating plan and will get rid of a lot of bloat from fluid retention.

It bumps up your metabolism and helps burn off excess. The
real key is taking the cranberry concentrate drink before and between all meals. Not cranberry juice, concentrate from a health
food store. My carb cravings went away in about 2 or 3 days.
Give it a try and good luck.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

I have the answer: Mr. Missouri (body building) did this and it works. Eat 6 cans of tuna per day, all the leafy green veggies you want and a gallon or more of water per day. Do cardio vascular exercise at 40-50% of your maximum heart rate 6 times per week. It is not healthy but a quick fix. Good luck.

any way you slice it, there is no healthy way to do that, regardless of what ANYONE tells you.
2-3 lbs a week is the max to lose healthily....
Eat healthy, do cardio workout for 30 minutes 3-4 times per week
this will work because it allows you to eat what you want (in moderation) and also boosts your metabolism, which is what will keep the weight off

Two ways.

1) Keep daily calorie intake below 2000 calories and keep calories from fat to less than 30% of total caloric intake. 1 gram of fat = 9 calories.

2) Keep daily caloric intake below 2000 calories and minimize calories from carbohydrates. But you will be taking in fat, so you must exercise to turn fat into muscle.

Method 2 is better for quickweight loss but method 1 is better for weight loss and healthier in the long run.

the quickest way to lose fat is eat 10x your body weight and excersise a lot imo. 5 lbs. in 2 weeks is the most any1 could lose remaining healthy. you can't lose 10 lbs. of fat that quickly unless your taking a drug.

there's no healthy way. there are some "quick fixes," from colon cleansing pills to weird dieting methods that help you lose water weight (which you'll gain right back...) but most doctors advise against losing more than 2 lbs a week. talk to a nutritionist.
