Sorry but your links don't prove anything, other than you just don't want to accept God as the creator of all things. God is not responsible for anything bad. Satan is the root for all the wickedness in this world, and all the doubt.

As for the homosexuality questions, God knows all of his creation is good. He loves every person, no matter how they hurt him by walking away from him, through sex, lies and even pride and anger. The sexuality commandments in the Bible were meant for humans. Animals can't read it anyway. Just becasue a dog drinks out of the toilet, that doesn't mean you would.
God doesn't cause bad things to happen. He allows them to happen for a reason. Everything, even death, happens for a reason. If you're going to use fertalized embryos as an example, then include premies and miscarrages. That stuff just happens. If we blame it all on God, then there is no hope.

Deism can also answer these questions.
For the first one, the Deists that say we do have a soul could say, "How do you know souls are given (or created) at fertilization? Maybe they are given (or created) at birth. Or maybe at some point during the pregnancy, say at the 2nd or third trimester. And those that believe in Reincarnation (Such as I) can say, "They will be given another chance."
I personally believe in Reincarnation, and believe that a soul only starts to attach itself at conception. It is a gradual process and is not ended until shortly before birth. If it is aborted (whether through nature [miscarriage] or by man [abortion]), it detaches itself from the corpse and is given another embryo.
Those that don't believe in souls will say the same thing you did.
For the 2nd question, most Deists today embrace homosexuals as equal humans and deserving of our respect and love.

First off, the link to the article supporting your first point is non-existent, thus, at the moment, you have no proof, even though I do not doubt you.
Second, the "ape" link was not valid either. BUT, if you want to model your life after an ape's, well.... On top of that, you're getting the fact that "God loves homosexuality" because some apes in Africa can't tell who's who? Seriously, come on! We are INTELLIGENT HUMAN BEINGS, those are African APES!

Wrong! A fertilized egg aborts naturally. Someone(hopefully) doesnt go in and destroy it. Big difference. Animals are not humans(altough thats debateable on this site), we have a higher level of conciesnous. This is your best?

Death by natural causes does not constitute an abortion. Your argument here is illogical.
Since when is a ape a example of good behavior? I suppose you think we should throw our own poop at people too...

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

God accepts and loves all his creation. However, his creation acts in ways unbecoming of what he designed it for at times. God doesn't always love the ACTIONS of his creation, but he never ceases to love the creation itself.
