It's a good idea to write down your goals ( 1-10) a put them up somewhere that you can see them every morning (bathroom mirror); depending on your age get a hobby other than video games or cable TV; try bike riding, sewing, start a collection of some sort; by a new shirt in a color other than black, brown or navy blue; read a fashion magazine; volunteer. sometimes helping others is a great feeling ( meals on wheels; animal shelter or local red cross) good luck. :)

It depends what you want to change in your life but self help books may be a good start which you can either research on the Internet or go to your local library. A good place to start might be to write down exactly what changes need to be made so that you can see what you have to do from within and what things might need outside assistance either with said books or groups of like minded people. I understand Dr. Phil is very good with issues such as this so you could always try his website and see what is there, forums and maybe even ask him the same question. Hope this helps!

Hard to answer when you are so general and don't say what aspects of your life you want to change.
The only thing I can suggest is: Set a new goal for yourself, and take the first step in achieving that goal TODAY.

Make a list of all the things you want to change. Then tackle each one, one at a time. If necessary, break each one down into smaller parts, and work on it piecemeal. For example, if you want to be more friendly, start just by smiling at people. The next day, say hello. Etc.

to coach "into" a sparkling leaf, settle for Christ as your savior. "For if every person is in Christ he's a sparkling advent. The previous issues have kicked the bucket. Behold, all issues have become new." a million Corinthians 3(?): 17 to coach "over" a sparkling leaf, be happy!!! Yeah, i understand that doesn't make lots sense. Oh nicely.

You gotta explain in what area's to be able to get a answer. If your getting out of Drugs/drinkin, good for you take it slow with whatever you decide to change though- it might seem wierd at first but if you change all at once, people who are your friends will start saying things like-'who are you'? ' or ' You aren't the same person I USED to know'. Things like that. Just BE HAPPY FOR YOURSELF IN THE END. YOU GOTTA BE THE ONE WHO HAS TO LOOK IN THE MIRRIOR IN THE MORNING- NOT EVERYONE ELSE. GOOD LUCK MAN. :)

quit smoking, drink better beer, dump your girlfriend and upgrade for a better personality, join a gym, buy better quality clothes, call your mom/grandma, only drink coffee on the weekends - green tea during the week, throw out all the junk you think you might need one day......this is only the beginning.
