And something like that would be kind of hard to conceal from your mom. Best thing to do is just keep working on her if you really want to do it. It's not worth ending up in her doghouse.

Maybe you both can compromise and get highlights for the time being.

Wow, no no no no, dont dye ur hair blonde, blondes suck and we have 2 many of them in the world, stay brown, or nething but blonde, streaks might be alright, but not a blonde head

you can dye your hair blonde with a hair dye kit from the store. but be very careful, your hair could turn orange. and don't think you can put bleach in your hair, that won't make it blonde, it will just make it very brittle.

See if you can compromise by getting some blonde highlights rather than *dyeing* it.
