No, you just assume he has money because otherwise those hot girls wouldn't be anywhere near him.
Seeing a guy you would normally consider hot with an ugly girl, however, makes you less attracted to him.

Not one bit. I think girls who get all caught up in that aren't really doing it for the guy, I think its a completion thing. I was never into that either.
