have u ever heard of an artist named Charles Pears? he is from Britian. and the plaque on the painting sais its from 1873. i need to know what its worth and if u know of him or basicly i need to know evrything about selling this art. plz help me!!

The only info I could find:
Charles Pears, born in 1873, developed a career as a marine painter. During the First World War Pears was recruited by Lord Beaverbrook, the Minister of Information as a war artist. Most of his ninety-three pictures featured the Royal Navy. Pears died in 1958.
