Train really...

From Lille you go to Gent & there you can jump on another train to Knokke. It will get you there in a little less then 2 hours...

Train all the way.
At any train station you'll find the schedule and it's fairly cheap.
Taxi will cost you a lot and I don't know about a bus, but I have recently taken a lot of trains in Belgium and they run like clockwork.
