ppl iam so depressed from all wars, killing ,starvation and suffering
when i watch the news ,i feel sad and wanna run as far as possible from this horrible place ( the earth )

I have cried over this tragedy called life. And then I have to take a step back, away from it all, and stand on the outside to look in. I have to realize that humans have free will. I have to understand that Life doesn't pick and choose who lives and who dies, Life needs to breathe and that means some of us need to go. Just as the American colonials took it upon themselves to rise up and defeat our leash holders, so too, must other people raise up and free themselves. The world cannot help anyone who doesn't first help themselves.

People screaming about peace and justice are actually saying peace and justice THEIR way or not at all.

Just keep praying. And you concentrate on your life, let the earth concentrate on doing what She needs to do.

Youre wasting your time.

1) Prayer doesnt work. Proven scientifically. And, you can replicate the experiment yourself - simply pray all you want about Africa, and nothing will change. Because prayer doesnt work. Because God is imaginary.
2) Whenever America provides aide to a foreign country, the only thing we get in return in hate. So f*ck 'em. Let them die.
3) The Vatican is the richest country on the face of the earth - and they NEVER provide aide to foreign countries. Heck, even Christian charities only provide aide to those willing to swallow their message - no God, no food for you. So, tell your church to do something about the problem, seeing as they have the resources more than my country does.
4) American cant even take care of its self and its own people. Why should I care about someone else, when my own soldiers are living in the streets because the Govt doesnt provide for them???

The worst thing you could do is think that because you can only do a little, that it is pointless and do nothing. If everyone does what little they can, we can all make a difference.

I'm glad you also care about what is happening in the world. Now it's time to do something about it. Do anything, no matter how small it may seem.

Vote, discuss and bring awareness, write to your congressman, write to your local papers, sign a petition, protest, donate to a cause. Don't wallow in misery, don't run from it, just do your part!

Do you know what messed them up? Interference from the modern world. Why do they need our help now? They survived for thousands of years without us. We gave them food, because we had more than them. They got some food, so they bred like rats, and again there is not enough food. It is a cycle that they must break. If we keep helping, it will only hurt, it is like throwing money into a fire. Natural selection. There are people in every country starving, so why not help them if you want to help anyone.

the ultimate answer for this question, and i have thought about this alot, is not uplifting. the only way for people in well off countries to live so well, is off the suffering of many. it is like a giant sliding scale. for every rich person, there must be X amount of poor. the sad truth is, we are the ones condemning them to there lives of poverty, so we can enjoy our frivolous pleasures. even the poorest person in the US is living like a king compared to the average Kenyan. this is what capitalism thrives off, what fuels our economy. we chill on yahoo, they fight for rice and fish scraps so there children might have enough strength to swat the flys out of there eyes. dont feel too bad over it, as you know you know you will do nothing to change this, and hey, you won the lottery when you were born.

I feel the pain of others too and have seen 1st hand the destruction abroad. You will always have the ignorant ones saying F it and let them die. Have you been there?
