Check with the restaurant / caterer, but I would think so. I know that when I bring a bottle of wine to a restaurant for dinner, the corkage fee covers the glasses and pouring and all that.

You are paying for the venue's staff to serve the wine. It should include the glassware they use, too, unless you are already paying extra for glassware rental (from a caterer -- NOT a restaurant). Restaurants make a LOT of their money on alcohol -- in fact, it's one of their biggest profit centers -- so corkage fees help offset that when you BYOB.
