Whoever sells you the TV should install it. However, if you are talking about mounting a plasma TV on the wall, this is a special installation and not everyone will do it. They will also charge you for the installation. Be sure to ask about the installation policy of the store before buying. There are indendent contractors that will install wall-mounted TVs, but they will be more expensive than the store that sold it to you.

When you say plasma, I'm assuming you're speaking about the thin panels. Those can be tricky when mounting because you need to have studs in the wall for it to mount correctly (I'm sure you don't want a $4000 tv crashing to the ground).

There are actually many kits available that you can use to put up the tv yourself, but remember this; if you DON'T mount it to a stud, the tv WILL come crashing down, so buy a stud finder and you should be ok.

Sorry to say that you do have to buy it at Best Buy for them to install it. If you live in Chico California (you probably don't) try sounds by dave. An excelent independent home theatre store.
