I didn't say I thought it was credible or I have any intentions of going on it. I'm just curious what they'd tell me to eat. I really have no intent to start t his diet and I really don't want to read the book.

I was on that for awhile.....let's see.....spelt was a biggie. No tomatoes (including sauces....)......hmmm. I bet you could do a quick online scan, but it seemed B's had less restrictions, overall.

The blood type diet has much credibility as astrology. Oops - did I say that? Since I am a blood banker I was curious too and just happen to have the book: Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type: the cover says that type Bs should have the most varied diet of all types including meat and is the only blood type that does well with dairy products. It also says to engage in moderate exercise like swimming or walking and that you are at risk for slow-growing viruses if you do not eat right for your type. Page 147 says to encourage weight loss you should eat green vegetables, meat, liver, eggs and licorice tea. Page 159 says to eliminate tomatoes from your diet. That is just a start - does it sound helpful?

I've seen the book and it's called "eating for your blood type" it is a very extensive book on diets for your blood types. along with foods that supposedly good for your body.. As for what food you should eat, I would research it with that book.
