I would say it isn't. I always had difficulty sleeping, after I removed the mirror next to my bed, I found I could sleep alot easier.

Some of the principals are a bit difficult to follow - and don't seem logical at all - for instance, putting a metal object in a certain part of the room to 'energise' your potential to earn money etc.

However, some seem very reasonable, like don't have your bedroom to close to a toilet - makes perfect sense to me. The colour system of Feng-Shui works on a system of balance. In fact balance is what Feng-Shui is all about. I'm no expert - I'm just interested in Eastern cultures and have found Feng-Shui to be very interesting.

I suggest you look into Feng-Shui a little bit more, then you can pick and choose what you do or don't like.

In China,wind water has usually been used in architecture .Good wind water(adequate sunlight,ventilation and so on) is benefit to people's health.So,wind water is not superstition only,it contain some scientific knowledges there *_*
