If you find the right person it's great! I like living with my best friend. I don't like being alone. We have a great time together. I never "tell" him what to do and he never "tells" me what to do. If that is the way it is, you are with the wrong person.
Had to edit. I read the question wrong. Dating is single. I guess I was reading single or together (cuz that is what I answered).

I don't understand the question. You can date and be single. Are you asking is better to date or not to date? If that is the question then I would say would rather date. Everyone needs a night out every now and then.

I'm currently single but I'm fence-sitting on whether I like it or not. Sometimes it's great! You can do whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want and you have no one to argue about it with because you always get your own way. However, this bonus is also a problem because either you get really lonely because you'd rather have someone to argue things with than be alone OR you become accustomed to things being done a certain way and you having your way all the time so it can become a difficult adjustment to allow room for another person to share your personal time and space.
Dating a different person every night can be a learning experience but it can also make you feel like you're lonely in a room full of people. Ultimately, it's all up to you and you have to decide if you want to be with someone or not. Good luck!

Single and HAPPY! I just got out of a 3 year relationship with the wrong person. We would break up and make up so many times to think about it makes me sick. I've learned that you dont need someone else to validate you. Love yourself 1st and the rest will follow. So I focus on myself and in the end that's just fine because that's all you have anyway.

Date. It makes the time go by faster and with more to do. Especially if you're double dating with friends. Yes, the break-ups suck, but if it was a worthwhile relationship, then the memories of the fun times are better than the split-second break-up.

date...some people love being single but i would much rather be in a relationship. people are crazy nowadays and often times misrepresent themselves...so when u do find that someone u can connect with and feel comfortable with and be urself around...its a BEAUTIFUL thing.
