my two former gfs are on their way back, while i ve already proposed to another. they left on selfish escuses but have real love for one of the two. what should i do?

Okay you have gotten yourself into a hell of a jam. The first thing you do is find out if you have real love for the one you proposed to. If the answer is no, then don't put both of you thru future misery. Break it off with her and go after the one you really want. But be careful because the other had a life while she was gone, so don't expect it to be that easy to get her back.

Well you have proposed meaning you have found the one that you are ready to spend the rest of your life with. so you have to let them know that you are no longer available. It's just something about life, they had broken your heart and now that have found out what what they have lost. maybe they'll never find another like you. Move on brother. So... you're telling us you proposed to someone you don't love?
You can't have the best of both worlds. Choose one and stick with her. And if you have to break off the current relationship, don't be a jerk about it. It's not her fault you're an inconsiderate waste of oxygen.
